Kiya Hudson, Clinical Intern (She/Her)
Hi I'm Kiya! I specialize in working with monogamous and ethically non-monogamous couples as well as individuals. I work with my clients to navigate their anxiety, depression, and their implications to their relationships by better understanding my client's lived experiences. I do this through using a holistic and strengths-based approach to walk alongside clients in a safe and inclusive space. My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Structural Therapy by empowering clients to better understand themselves and build healthier and deeper relationships. To ensure that my clients are receiving the highest level of care I have additional trainings in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and EMDR to treat complex trauma, PTSD, and depression.
I welcome clients of all identities, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. My practice is founded on the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and creating a safe space for you to be your full, authentic self. I do not practice in a one size fits all approach thus, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and thrive. I look forward to joining you on this journey of growth and self-discovery. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and celebrated! You don't have to walk this path alone.
Kiya sees clients on an income-based sliding scale and can see clients in person and online.
