Recognizing you’re struggling and wanting to seek help is hard. Working toward healing and sitting in a therapy room ready to share your experiences is one of the most difficult things we can do as humans. If you are ready to begin your healing journey or continue your process, I strive to provide a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and acknowledged. A place where it is safe to sit with the scary, dark, worrisome, happy, and hopeful parts of you and work toward a place you want to be.

I primarily work with individuals and couples. I focus on systemic issues impacting marginalized communities, first generation imposter syndrome, intergenerational trauma, attachment based trauma, depression, and anxiety. I practice through a trauma informed, inclusive, systemic lens and I have additional trainings in EMDR and Attachment Based Family Therapy.

Overall, my hope is to provide a space where people feel validated, experience self-love, see their inner strength and work toward their goals.
