All too often, we seek support and are left feeling dismissed or that there is something wrong with us, but this is not rooted in truth. I believe so much of our daily functioning and self-conceptualization is learned and stems from the experiences we have in life. As we uncover the context of your unique situation, I work to provide a safe, supportive space to validate and process the experiences you've had. I strive to facilitate healing by exploring the root issues, resulting in a greater sense of inner peace.

I primarily work with individuals (19+) and couples. I specialize in working with people who have experienced various forms of trauma, particularly: psychological abuse, attachment/abandonment issues, reproductive trauma (i.e., infertility, perinatal loss), and familial estrangement. I am passionate about working with relationship issues and women's issues.

Ultimately, I want all parts of you to feel seen and heard - you deserve to take up space!
