Dr. Kelly is Certified in EMDR and is completing her hours to become an EMDRIA approved EMDR Consultant. Dr. Kelly specializes in the treatment of trauma and has advanced training in using EMDR. Dr. Kelly’s main areas of specialization are PTSD, working with the queer and BIPOC community, and treating complex trauma. Dr. Kelly is knowledgeable in trans related care and is more than willing to write gender affirming letters. Dr. Kelly works from a collaborative approach where she centers each client’s unique needs while using her expertise in therapy to help them better understand the systems in which they live. Dr. Kelly feels that therapy should be inviting, safe, and authentic. Clients who appreciate their therapist in a t-shirt and jeans, a person who will compassionately yet transparently hold you accountable, and the usage of the occasional F-bomb will feel right at home with Dr. Kelly!
